Couples Retreat at Foxwoods is Friday October 24th and Saturday October 25th. The cost is $100 per couple, this includes your breakfast and lunch on Saturday plus your overnight accommodations on Friday night, and great bible teaching that will bless and strengthen your marriage. Plan on making it to the Spare 'Oom this Saturday night, October 17th to enjoy Clinton Collins and the Creek Boys. 
 
Clinton will be performing songs from the new Junebug CD (which will be on sale at the event; the refreshments and the entry are FREE, so bring money and buy a CD !).
 
Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7PM and and did I mention it's FREE ?  Coffees, hot spiced cider, mochas, and desserts are also there for your enjoyment at no cost.
 
We do "pass the hat" so to speak to help show the appreciation for our performers, but we stress that we don't want anyone to feel like they have to donate.  Please don't feel embarrassed or uncomfortable if you cannot or do not contribute - we just want you there to experience the coffee house and fellowship with some good folks to hear some great music.
 
You never can tell who may show up or who might make it to the stage. We've been blessed with talented artists and many are kind enough to share a song or two when they just drop by to catch the show.

BarlowGirl is in concert on Friday, August 14th at 8:00 p.m. at the Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for middle school, high school and college students. Purchase tickets in person at CMC, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday August the 8th there is a pancake breakfast at Applebees in Bluefield, Virginia for the Kristen Hamm Memorial Scholarship Fund. The breakfast is from 8:00 until 10:00 the tickets are $5.00 each. Please come and eat breakfast with us. There will also be a hotdog sale the same day at Walmart in Bluefield, Virginia - pancakes for breakfast and hotdogs for lunch - life can't get any better while supporting a fantastic cause!
